# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AZINTECO
messaging platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you
agree to these Terms.

## 1. The Service
AZINTECO provides an omnichannel conversational messaging platform for
businesses, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger integrations, automation
flows and AI-assisted replies.

## 2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity of your workspace and for keeping
credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to
bind the business you represent.

## 3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You must comply
with the messaging-platform rules of Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger) and all
applicable law, including obtaining valid consent before messaging contacts.

## 4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the contact and conversation data you bring to the
Service. AZINTECO processes it on your behalf as described in the Privacy
Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

## 5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except
where required by law.

## 6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. AZINTECO may suspend or terminate
access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

## 7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law,
AZINTECO disclaims implied warranties and limits liability as set out in the
final signed agreement.

## 8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified and may require
renewed acceptance.
